1.1 Floor Sealing

Floor surfaces are usually exposed to some degree of scratching, abrasion, daily soiling, spillages, and chemical attack. Think about a supermarket or food court floor.

If the actual flooring material (substrate) is soft, porous or chemically sensitive, leaving it unprotected could result in damage or staining which will require an intensive restoration process.

Applying a sealer film (topical coating) creates a protective layer which:
